1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Loxli Hairstyle AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the original images you upload to Loxli Hairstyle AI. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of providing our service.

Generated hairstyle images created by our AI technology are owned by you, subject to these Terms. Loxli Hairstyle AI retains all rights to the underlying AI technology, algorithms, and software.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Service Availability

8. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOXLI HAIRSTYLE AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF LOXLI HAIRSTYLE AI SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LOXLI HAIRSTYLE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. THIS IS A NO-FAULT LIABILITY CLAUSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loxli Hairstyle AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

IMPORTANT: This section determines where legal disputes must be resolved.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

ANY LEGAL SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE INSTITUTED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF ALABAMA OR THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO THE EXERCISE OF JURISDICTION OVER YOU BY SUCH COURTS AND TO VENUE IN SUCH COURTS.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Loxli Hairstyle AI will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Alabama.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Loxli Hairstyle AI regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Changes to Terms
